The time slots for presentations:
- for Plenary conferences is 45 minutes + time for questions
- for Invited presentations is 30 minutes including questions
- for Oral presentations is 15 including questions
All participants are invited to register to the web site in order to submit an abstract for oral or poster presentation. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed for their acceptance by the Program Committee.
Please, note that your registration is required to access abstract submission, but payment is not mandatory at this stage. Accepted summaries will however only be published in the book of abstracts of the symposium, after full payment of the registration fee.
Abstracts should be submitted electronically, using the CMT Submission system*.
The deadline for abstract submission is April 14, 2024.

Important Dates
The deadline for abstracts’ submission is April 7, 2024.
In exceptional cases, abstracts received after the deadline may be considered for presentation as a poster.
Authors will be notified by e-mail whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected no later than April 10, and in case of acceptance, about the form of presentation.
Please note that presenting authors of abstracts must be registered participants. Registration must be received no later than May 1st to ensure that your abstract is included in the conference program and scheduled for presentation.
Please indicate your preference for an Oral or a Poster presentation. The number of slots available for oral presentations are limited.
