Project description:
The project aims to develop an innovative visual and thermal camouflage solution for military equipment that ensures effective reduction of thermal signature (thermal signature, infrared signature) in various environmental and climatic situations, while maintaining competitive costs, modular application and high resistance to mechanical damage and various weather conditions.
The project is implemented within the framework of the defense and security sector, and it corresponds to the RIS3 smart specialization area “Smart materials, technologies and engineering systems”, contributing to the transformation of the Latvian economy towards the development of high-value-added products and the development of knowledge-intensive technologies.
