Researchers from the Institute of Solid State Physics, University of Latvia (ISSP UL) recently attended the 21st International Conference on Luminescence (ICL 2026), held from September 22 to 27 at Kyoto University, Japan.
As a premier global gathering in optical physics, ICL 2026 convened leading international experts to share breakthroughs in optical spectroscopy, quantum dots, and advanced functional materials. ISSP UL scientists actively participated across technical sessions to present the institute's latest findings in luminescent materials and energy transfer dynamics, while strengthening international research networks.
