Projekta kopsavilkums:

H2VE (Hydrogen Valley Vocational Excellence Hub) is an Erasmus+ project supporting the development of skills ecosystems related to Hydrogen Valleys and addressing labor market needs in the Hydrogen Sector. The project establishes six (6) Centers of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs) across Europe (Italy, Greece, Germany, Poland, Latvia) and Africa (Ghana), fostering the development of an adaptable and skilled workforce.

Each CoVE acts as a collaborative hub, fostering knowledge exchange by equipping learners, educators, and professionals with essential competencies and co-creating training strategies aligned with local priorities. The project brings together vocational education providers, industry partners, and regional stakeholders to develop adaptive training programs, reflecting local technological, economic, and social needs.

Through international collaboration and shared learning, the project promotes vocational excellence and scalable solutions, contributing to the EU’s green and digital transitions while reinforcing Europe’s leadership in sustainable hydrogen technologies.
